Kelly has been around construction her whole life, with her father being a Union Electrician, to her involvement with Anthony’s career path in the framing and drywall industry over the years. When the opportunity presented itself to purchase Starr in 2020, Kelly switched career paths and now resides as our company president, overseeing all personnel decisions and contract buyout. In her free time Kelly enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and camping.
