Efrain has worked in the construction industry since 2000, beginning as a laborer, he patiently worked his way up to becoming a Project Superintendent. Efrain chose to work in the industry due to the vast opportunities available to learn, grow and earn an honest living. Efrain has been with Starr since 2015 and his role with the company is to oversee and manage projects, ensuring the work is being done right, on time and of the highest quality. As an experienced supervisor, he is eager to share his knowledge with the team he oversees. In his spare time Efrain enjoys spending time with his wife, two teenage daughters and their pets, including two dogs and two horses.
